Hacksaw Gaming has appointed interim CEO Ana Vrabic Verdir as the supplier’s permanent boss with immediate effect.

Vrabic Verdir has held the top job on an interim basis since April when she replaced Christoffer Källberg.

Källberg was relieved of his duties by the Stockholm-listed firm’s board in April. He had joined Hacksaw Gaming from Carnegie Investment Bank in January 2025.

Källberg was at the helm when Hacksaw Gaming went public in the summer of 2025.

Hacksaw Gaming had tapped an external search firm to source a permanent replacement for Källberg.

Company chair Patrick Svensk led the recruitment process, during which the supplier scoured external and internal candidates.

Vrabic Verdir was selected following that search. She has been a board member at the supplier since 2024.

She will remain on the board until the next annual general meeting.

A lawyer by trade, Vrabic Verdir served as a specialist partner at Advokatfirman Carthiel AB after it absorbed her former firm Grey Advokatbyrå AB.

Vrabic Verdir will continue to be supported by group CFO Mikael Rahm, who has held the finance brief since January, and operational CEO Marcus Cordes.

Cordes has been with the company since 2018, originally joining as COO. His operational CEO role includes a similar remit.

Hacksaw Gaming reported Q2 revenue of €59.3m, representing a 33% increase on a constant currency basis versus Q2 2025.

Adjusted EBITDA at the supplier shot up 31% to €48.4m. The group’s shares are up 34% since the turn of the year.

The firm has recently penned supply deals with the likes of Hollywoodbets, Betano and Swiss brand Pasino.

Billionare Kenneth Dart has also taken a small 0.6% stake in the business.

Vrabic Verdir said: “Hacksaw operates in a large and growing global market, and after these past months, my view is that we have only begun to see what the platform can carry.

“I have seen at close range the drive and entrepreneurial spirit within this organisation, and that is where our strength lies.

“I look forward to continuing to deliver on our business strategy together with the team, and I thank the board for its continued confidence.”

Patrick Svensk, Hacksaw Gaming chair, added: “Ana has been close to Hacksaw for several years and, as a board member and interim group CEO, she has a strong understanding of both the business and the company’s development.

“Since April she has led the group with clear direction, and the board is unanimous that she is the right person to build on that work.”
