Tribal casino will open with 300 slots
S&K Gaming will open a new casino called 400 Horses Casino in Polson, Montana, which it has developed in partnership with the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, on May 5.
Formerly West Polson Casino, the 34,227-square-foot gaming facility in Montana, has been built on tribal land and will feature 300 gaming machines, a space for future expansion, a restaurant and 400 parking spaces.
S&K Gaming CEO Bryon Miller said: “This project is a direct investment in our people. The 400 Horses Casino is projected to generate more than 75 vital jobs for our tribal members and the surrounding community. These are not just jobs; they are opportunities for our families to thrive, for our youth to find meaningful careers, and for our elders to witness the fruits of our collective labour. This economic empowerment, spurred by the 400 Horses Casino, will strengthen our nation from within, allowing us to invest further in education, healthcare, housing, and cultural preservation – the very pillars of our community.”
“S&K Gaming would like to formally invite Tribal Elders and leadership, honoured guests, news media, organisation executives, community members, and local dignitaries to join in the opening ceremonies to mark the completion and official opening of a project designed to enhance entertainment offerings, support economic sustainability, and create new opportunities across the region.”
