The mayor of Arnac-Pompadour, Alain Tisseuil, has confirmed that the PVG group and Arnac-Pompadour have been announced as the future operator of the casino in the town with a 20-year concession.
The Pollet-Villard-Gaston group (PVG), already operates a casino, the Impérial Casino Annecy, in Haute-Savoie). Arnac-Pompadour will be the first casino in Corrèze. The delegatee plans to open the doors of its future establishment on February 13, 2026.
The municipality had benefited from the evolution of legislation aimed at reducing territorial inequalities, as the headquarters of a racing company with at least ten equestrian events with national or international per year between January 1, 2018 and January 1, 2023.
The PVG group plans to invest €10m in the construction and operation of Casino Impérial Pompadour, which will offer 75 slot machines, 20 electronic roulette stations, 10 electronic Black Jack stations and two traditional games tables. It will cover more than 1,500 square meters, in the center of the town. The demolition of the old health establishment, the home of the future casino, will pave the way for construction in the first quarter of 2025. The future building will respect local architecture, with a gable roof. 30 employees are planned, who should welcome 70,000 visitors per year. The expected gross gaming revenue is €6m per year.
