When the Merkur Casino Bad Oeynhausen celebrated its anniversary on September 26, the spa town will become the social centre of the country.
More and more prominent guests and press representatives from all over Germany are announcing their attendance. A television station will also be filming a hit series on the day of the event. Thus, the casino is gearing up for a national media event.
“Special moments should also be celebrated appropriately,” explained David Schnabel, Managing Director of Merkur Spielbanken. “That’s why we’re starting our anniversary weekend on September 26 with an extraordinary event highlight for the city, our guests and the entire team.”
The Merkur Group from Espelkamp in East Westphalia is pleased to have a guest list that the region rarely experiences. New additions are Natascha Ochsenknecht, daughter Cheyenne and mother Bärbel. The entertaining celebrity family will return to the screens in spring 2025 with the fourth season of their TV series “Diese Ochsenknechts”. In it, a camera team accompanies the ladies every step of the way. With singer Isaak Guderian, Germany’s Eurovision Song Contest participant is this year’s guest. Born in Minden, he will present his ESC hit “Always on the Run” to the guests live on the show stage.
The actors Karsten Speck (Die Spreewaldklinik, Sat.1), Alexa Maria Surholt (In aller Freundschaft, ARD) and Marc Weinmann (Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten, RTL) have also announced their participation. Presenter Sylvie Meis, TV darling Joachim Llambi and actress Christine Neubauer have also already been announced. On the occasion of the illustrious crowd of guests, Merkur Spielbanken is expecting press representatives from all over Germany – including journalists from people magazines, photo agencies and TV teams from major broadcasters.
The location anniversary on 26 September has many highlights in store for all guests. With the crowd favourite Big Casino Gameshow, visitors will experience an electrifying event. Game show fans can look forward to a guaranteed main prize of 10,000 euros.
