LeoVegas Group has announced the launch of its proprietary sportsbook, Tiger, on its GoGoCasino brand in Sweden, marking the in-house tech’s third market launch.

GoGoCasino first went live in March 2019 with its casino offering, which will now be complemented by sports betting after LeoVegas Group was granted a new betting licence by the Swedish Gambling Authority.

The sportsbook went live in Denmark via its flagship LeoVegas brand and expekt in July 2025.

In January 2026, the operator’s proprietary sportsbook went live in Brazil with BetMGM Brazil – the JV between LeoVegas Group parent company MGM Resorts International and Grupo Globo.

Tiger’s development followed LeoVegas Group’s acquisition of Tipico’s US-facing sportsbook in 2024, leading to Tipico ceasing its US operations.

It was then taken in-house, with Tipico’s US-facing management and tech and trading teams moving over to LeoVegas Group, including US CEO Adrian Vella.

Vella has since shifted to LeoVegas Group chief product and technology officer.

The operator said that via Tiger, GoGoCasino users would benefit from a “superior user experience, a fully adaptable bet builder feature, daily boosted odds, partial cash-out options and a best-in-class live betting experience”.

The launch arrives two months before the start of the 2026 World Cup, held in the US, Mexico and Canada, in which Sweden will compete in a group alongside the Netherlands, Japan and Tunisia.

Vella added: “Launching our proprietary sportsbook, Tiger, on our home turf in Sweden is a massive milestone for the entire group, and I couldn’t be more excited.

“Our teams across the globe have worked tirelessly to continue our international rollout, and this new addition to GoGoCasino will add layers of excitement for players who enjoy the thrills of both casino and betting.”

GoGoCasino launched in Finland in July 2020.

LeoVegas Group also operates its BetMGM brand in Sweden, the UK and the Netherlands.
