BETBY, a prominent sportsbook provider, has expanded its range of esports offerings by introducing new player prop markets.

These enhancements introduce a broader array of betting options centered around players, providing more ways for customers to engage with the platform.

Among the new betting markets BETBY has implemented are those for Counter-Strike 2, featuring options like Tournament Most Valuable Player and AWP Kill Comparisons. Within Dota, players can find markets for Most Popular Hero in terms of picks and bans, as well as Hero with the Highest Kill Death Assist ratio.

To keep bets dynamic, the odds are updated consistently throughout tournament stages, allowing users to place bets during various game intervals. Other exclusive games to BETBY, such as Escape from Tarkov: Arena and Standoff 2, are featured alongside these updates.

With these changes, customers can now place bets on individual esports players across various tournament tiers—ranging from S to C—beyond just major events.

Kirill Nekrasov, Head of BETBY Games, stated: “We accelerated the launch of these new outright and player prop markets for esports because we identified an industry gap. We aimed to create our own solutions and recognized a lack of continuously updated outrights available during in-progress events despite the presence of classic pre-tournament options.

“Regarding player props, while these are relatively new to our esports feed, they are common in traditional sports like soccer or basketball. I believe that as esports continues to grow, these will become essential due to the increasing availability of performance statistics and team data.

“Although player props are not new to esports, they have typically been reserved for top-tier events and a limited number of teams. What we’ve done is extend this feature beyond top tournaments, including B-Tier and C-Tier tournaments, while simultaneously broadening the scope of teams covered by player props.”
