This innovative app, developed in partnership with White Hat Gaming, integrates the functionalities of the Bally Casino and Bally Bet Sportsbook apps, offering a unified platform to users. Ontario residents can now access both sports and casino betting services via a single app, utilizing one account and a universal wallet. To ease the transition, users will receive guidance through in-app notifications, email, and social media.

In November, Bally’s shareholders ratified a definitive merger agreement with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc, mainly owned by Standard General LP. This follows a merger agreement made in July with Standard General, which will purchase Bally’s remaining shares at $18.25 per share.
