Raptor 3 DoubleMax is the latest addition to Yggdrasil’s beloved Raptor franchise and brings a familiar, yet enhanced experience. Further reflecting the game’s atmosphere, lower-paying symbols appear as insects and plants trapped in colorful resin stones.
Symbols pay anywhere on the board, as long as they appear in consecutive reels. This means 243 paylines in the base game and up to 16,807 paylines during the Free Spins bonus game.
The titular Raptor appears as a Wild symbol, enabling easier wins. Wild symbols do not land naturally and are instead awarded after a win, as part of the Avalanche mechanic. Avalanches remove all winning symbols from the grid, replacing them with a single Wild and other new symbols and providing opportunities for multiple wins per spin. Each consecutive Avalanche raises the DoubleMax multiplier by one level.
The Predator Strike feature, on the other hand, is a randomly activated feature where a raptor head suddenly appears from the bushes at the edge of the grid.
