Xpoint has announced the appointment of Chris Boni as the geolocation services firm’s new chief of staff.
In the new role, Boni will work closely with company CEO Manu Gambhir and the executive team to oversee operations, as well as “driving key initiatives while ensuring alignment across the organisation to maximise efficiencies”.
Prior to joining Xpoint, Boni served as senior vice-president of product, social casino, at Aristocrat from May 2023 to February 2025.
The longest stint of his career came with IGT, where he worked from July 2013 to May 2023.
Initially joining the supplier as senior director of interactive products until April 2017, he eventually moved to the position of vice-president of interactive products.
His last role with the company was as vice-president of digital gaming products between July 2018 and May 2023.
Boni also spent time working for Betfair as director of US products from May 2011 to October 2012, prior to Paddy Power Betfair merging its US business with FanDuel in 2018.
Speaking on his appointment, Boni said: “I’m excited to join Xpoint at this pivotal juncture. My focus will be on driving strategic alignment across the organisation and enhancing our operational execution to ensure Xpoint is moving efficiently toward its goals.
“I look forward to collaborating with the leadership team to transform our ambitious vision into sustainable, tangible growth for all stakeholders.”

Boni represents Xpoint’s latest senior appointment this year, after Tom Flaherty joined as CFO in April.
