The Wynn Al Marjan Island Bridge

Wynn Bridge to connect the resort via Wynn Boulevard to all major hubs in the UAE

Following its topping off last month, the US$5.21bn Wynn Al Marjan Island resort has now completed all structural works for its hotel/casino buildings whilst advancing with Wynn Bridge, a landmark link that will connect the resort via Wynn Boulevard to all major hubs in the UAE.

Rising to 283 meters across 70 floors, the tower has now reached its highest structural concrete point. When its spire is installed in 2026, the tower will reach 352 meters, becoming the tallest man-made structure in Ras Al Khaimah by more than 100 meters, a powerful marker of the ambition behind this project.

Wynn Bridge is a 548-meter landmark link that will connect Wynn Al Marjan Island via Wynn Boulevard to the E311 and E611, creating a seamless route from major hubs in the UAE to Ras Al Khaimah.

Wynn said: “Progress on the bridge remains firmly on schedule for completion in late 2026, with piling works complete, nine of ten bridge column pile caps now in place, and overall construction reaching 48 per cent.

“Infrastructure like Wynn Bridge, while functional, elevates the entire guest journey, ensuring ease of movement and world-class standards from the moment visitors begin their journey north.”

Wynn Al Marjan Island has also revealed plans for Oasis, A Wynn Community, a purpose-built residential community designed to welcome more than 7,000 colleagues, located just 15 minutes from the resort, and the first of many hugely significant infrastructure developments which will support the integrated resort when we open in Spring 2027.

Spanning 26 acres, Oasis, A Wynn Community, is a new benchmark in colleague living, delivered to the same standards of comfort, design and care that define Wynn Resorts globally with guest-quality living spaces with private bathrooms and fitted kitchens and hotel-grade services including weekly laundry.

At the heart, The Pearl, a hub of wellness (Technogym fitness studios and pools), entertainment (cinema, karaoke, e-sports, retail services) and social connection under one roof. Even the six in-house culinary outlets will be overseen by the same team as the resort.
