Brazilian-based gambling software company SysGaming has been purchased by TG Lab, a provider of cross-channel platforms.
Through this acquisition, TG Lab aims to enhance its presence in the Latin American market. The company has already made its mark in countries like Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru, offering products in both Spanish and Portuguese.
TG Lab provides an all-in-one solution with features for sportsbooks and casinos, designed to expand gaming operations across diverse markets. This platform is currently in use by prominent entities such as Stake, Betsson, and Belgium’s national lottery, Loterie Nationale.
TG Lab’s CEO, Ugnius Simelionis, commented on the acquisition by stating, “This step marks the beginning of our leadership journey in Latin America. We have partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the region, and we are excited to bring SysGaming into our family.”
Simelionis highlighted SysGaming’s well-established reputation in Latin America, noting their excellent local game development, exceptional quality, and effective aggregation solutions, which align seamlessly with TG Lab’s ecosystem. He praised their innovative game design and platform creation, which have contributed to their strong regional footprint.
SysGaming also brings substantial international experience, with operations extending through Paraguay, Argentina, and Brazil. Leading operators, such as Argentina’s Playcet and Paraguay’s state monopoly, Aposta.la, utilize SysGaming’s products and are anticipated to transition to TG Lab’s platform in the near future.
Simelionis further remarked, “We eagerly anticipate combining our strengths. With their expertise, we can offer the finest localized service to operators in Latin America. Over the coming year, we plan to expand our team and cement our role as an industry frontrunner. Expect further significant developments ahead!”
