Betway and Spin owner Super Group has promoted Kirsty Ross to chief operating officer (COO) from her previous roles of chief of staff and chief people officer.

Ross joined the company back in October 2023 and will now replace Jason Kenny in the position of COO, effective immediately. It hasn’t yet been revealed what role Kenny will take on after the new appointment.

Ross shared on her LinkedIn:

“Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business, supporting our leaders, strengthening how we operate, and helping to connect strategy with execution. I’m excited to continue building on the strong foundations already in place. Super Group is a business driven by talented people, clear ambition, and a global mindset. In this role, my focus will be on enabling our teams to operate effectively, scale sustainably, and deliver against our long‑term priorities.”

It’s expected that Ross will continue serving in her two previous positions alongside the role of COO. Before joining Super Group, she also held roles at Renaissance Capital, Investec, and Bank of America.

The appointment comes after the Q1 earnings call, during which it was revealed that Super Group posted an all-time high in Q1 revenue with $612 million.
