Stake, the world’s biggest crypto-based iGaming operator, has unveiled its latest move to cement its position at the forefront of digital gaming — the launch of Stake Engine, a developer-focused platform aimed at accelerating innovation across the iGaming ecosystem.
With more than 6,000 developers already on board, the platform promises to bring speed, flexibility, and a new level of collaboration to the creation of online games. Stake says the initiative is designed to “remove friction, speed up testing, and make creativity easier to execute,” with an accelerated approval process allowing games to go live in just 24 hours
The Stake Engine Developer Testing Tool will enable real-time testing within the Stake Remote Gaming Server environment — no staging setups required — offering instant toggling between currencies, languages, and device types, wallet balance simulations, and seamless switching between local builds and live versions.
Alongside the testing suite, Stake has also launched the Stake Engine Community forum — a hub for engineers and game designers to exchange insights, tackle development challenges, and access tailored recommendations from industry experts.
“With the launch of our testing tool and forum, we’re giving developers the speed, confidence, and collaborative environment they need to deliver exceptional gaming experiences,” added Hayden Bruin, Engineer at Stake Engine.
With the official launch of these two initiatives, Stake Engine takes a significant step toward streamlining development cycles and fostering a thriving creative ecosystem for iGaming.
At the start of the year, Ed Craven, founder of EasyGo — the operating company behind Stake hinted at major transformative developments on the horizon, stating that the crypto gaming giant would be rolling out new innovations to benefit the wider industry.
The launch of Stake Engine marks Stake’s most significant product release since it debuted the Kick streaming platform, and before that, its original game titles such as Crash and Plinko that helped define its brand in the crypto gaming space.
The move underlines Stake’s ambition to diversify beyond its consumer-facing crypto casino into a broader role as a technology provider.
Monthly developer payouts, transparent performance tracking, and upcoming features such as provably fair and stateful games hint at a roadmap designed to raise the bar for transparency, trust, and gameplay innovation in iGaming.
