During the earnings call on August 3, 3036, Sportradar shared its Q2 2026 results, revealing that the company reached €378 million in quarterly revenue, recording a 19% year-on-year rise.
Adjusted EBITDA also increased by 19% and reached €76 million, with its margin improving to 20.2%, mainly driven by demand for live data, betting content, and streaming. On the other hand, the company reported a €4 million net loss, as opposed to Q2 2025’s €49 million profit.
Company management shared that the decline was mostly caused by a €9 million loss in unrecognized foreign currency that was tied to USD-denominated sports rights. For comparison, the company gained a €54 million profit from currency movements in 2025.
CEO of Sportradar, Carsten Koerl, commented:
“Strong demand for our premium content, data, and technology solutions, including increased monetization of our IMG ARENA rights portfolio, drove double-digit growth while deepening our relationships across our unparalleled global distribution network. As we benefit from new avenues of growth, we remain focused on innovating across our core product suite to drive additional value for our partners and clients, as well as our shareholders.”
Segment-wise, betting technology and solutions revenue jumped by 21% to €314 million, while betting and gaming content increased by 27%. The sports content, technology, and services sector saw a revenue rise of 9%, generating €64.2 million, thanks to a 16% increase in marketing and media services.
As a result, Sportradar revealed that it expects to generate between €1.52 and €1.53 billion in full-year revenue, noting a decline compared to the company’s Q1 guidance, which estimated full-year results between €1.56 and €1.58 billion.
