As part of SBC’s mission to raise over €1m for good causes, Sportingtech has taken a landmark sponsorship as front-of-shirt partner for the World Legends team at the upcoming Charity Game in Lisbon.
The World XI will feature some of football’s most iconic names, including Roberto Carlos, Kaká, Alessandro Del Piero and Edwin van der Sar.
The company is also enhancing the event with an exclusive creative partnership, bringing in renowned artist Jordan Dawson to create custom boots and gloves for the Legends.
His portfolio includes FIFA, Nike, Adidas and Puma, and bespoke designs for stars like Usain Bolt, Kylian Mbappé and Declan Rice. These one-of-a-kind pieces will not only add a new dimension to the match but also unlock further charity opportunities, with the items being auctioned after the game.
Funds raised will go directly to causes including Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, International Alert, Cáritas Portugal and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. These organisations provide essential support for communities affected by conflict and war, from delivering urgent medical care and shelter to helping rebuild lives with dignity and hope.
