Scientific Games (SG) has expanded its collaboration with Danske Spil by updating their combined services for Danish players.
SG’s player account management system, known as PAM, is now launched to enhance both digital and retail interactions for Danske Spil’s lottery and gaming sectors. This upgrade allows easy access to instant and draw games, and also supports casino, bingo, and sports content.
PAM is designed to facilitate seamless player registration, offers a segmented wallet, and includes responsible gaming (RG) tools tailored for each game type across digital and retail platforms.
This system is one of the latest innovations from SG’s technology division and aims to replace the older PAM version that has been in use by Danske Spil since 2016.
Mikkel Müller, the Chief Information Officer of Danske Spil, stated: “The SG PAM solution boosts Danske Spil’s capability in promoting responsible gaming and adapting to market shifts and consumer demands. We are eager to strengthen our ongoing partnership with Scientific Games to support our business.”
For more than two decades, Scientific Games has closely partnered with Danske Spil, providing not only PAM but also access to its exclusive SYMPHONY gaming system. It has been instrumental in supporting the Danish lottery’s operations through instant scratch games and the distribution of its WAVE terminals in retail settings.
Matthias Müller, VP of International Lottery Systems Sales and Marketing for Scientific Games, remarked: “Danske Spil’s forward-thinking vision continues to set a benchmark for the global lottery market. We are thrilled that the Lottery’s leadership has once more chosen our advanced and adaptable lottery omnichannel ecosystem, and we look forward to working with its technology teams to merge SG PAM with our new gaming system.”
