Saratoga Casino Holdings has now completed the sale of the Magnolia Bluffs Hotel in Natchez, Mississippi, to a group of out-of-state investors who own several hotel properties. The deal allows it to keep ownership of the adjacent Magnolia Bluffs Casino.
The company confirmed that all 28 employees of the hotel will stay in their positions under the new ownership.
Amy Brannigan, corporate director of marketing, said: “We’re pleased that the entire hotel team will continue in their roles, providing continuity for both employees and guests. Their experience and dedication have been an important part of the hotel’s success, and we’re glad they will remain part of the property’s future under the new ownership.”
