Spielbank Bad Neuenahr to roll out NovoVision at all three casino locations
The Ring Casino at the Nürburgring Congress Hotel, a branch of Spielbank Bad Neuenahr, has just installed NovoVision Casino Management System from Novomatic.
Whilst the installation comes as part of the modernisation and centralisation of the casino’s operations, it has also been implemented due to the upcoming legal changes in the German gambling market. The diverse system functionalities of this visionary CMS solution not only contribute to process optimisation in everyday gaming operations but also meet the highest regulatory requirements in terms of player protection and responsible gaming.
All 62 gaming terminals are now centrally managed via NovoVision Floor Control, as well as jackpot management, cash handling via TITO and real-time accounting via NovoVision’s diverse system functionalities. In particular, access control by NovoVision access, player management and the database comparison of each visitor with the nationwide OASIS blocking database were key decision criteria for the operator. Both during the initial registration and every time you visit the casino again, access to the gates is only granted after a thorough check of the identity and age of the guest and a new comparison with the blocking database.
Following the successful introduction of NovoVision at the Ring Casino at the Nürburgring, the roll-out at the other two locations in Bad Dürkheim and Bad Neuenahr will follow in the first quarter of 2026.
