Chen to oversee resort transformation under RWS 2.0.
Resorts World Sentosa has appointed Si Chen as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RWS.
The appointment reflects RWS’ continued focus on leadership renewal and sustained operational performance as the resort advances its transformation under RWS 2.0. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Si will assist RWS Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Lee Shi Ruh in the execution of the strategies, management and development of RWS’ core businesses. He will oversee day-to-day operational performance, organisational excellence, and the continued enhancement of guest experience across the resort.
