Raketech has reported a drop in revenue of 42% year on year (YoY)for the third quarter of 2025, six weeks after its divestment of Casumba.

The Malta-based affiliate said its income from continued operations for July to September was €6.2m (£5.5m), down from €10.7m for the same period in 2024.

The firm’s Q3 reported EBITDA for continued operations came in at €1.1m, slightly down from last year’s €1.2m. Profit was €0.1m, another slip from €0.4m in Q3 2024.

Raketech’s share price has dropped nearly 16% from a previous close of SEK2.39 (£0.19) to SEK2.01, as of 11.34am local time.

Breaking down revenue by segment, affiliation marketing remained relatively stable, with a 6.7% YoY decline to €5.1m, while sub-affiliation marketing experienced a much larger 65% decline to €1.9m.

Looking at the results geographically, revenue from the Nordics, rest of Europe and US saw declines of 25%, 33% and 30% YoY, respectively, while revenue from the rest of the world plummeted by 78%.

Raketech also reported a decrease in new-depositing customers (NDCs) of 63.5% YoY to 14,036 for Q3, down from 38,437, which the affiliate said reflected “softer performance largely driven by the paid publisher network”.

In September, Raketech sold Casumba Media for €12m to an undisclosed buyer, citing “regulatory developments” as rationale behind the decision. The Maltese-based affiliate bought Casumba in 2019 for an upfront cost of €2m.

Johan Svensson, Raketech CEO, said: “With a cleaner structure, stronger partnerships and growing momentum in our organic publisher network, Raketech enters the final quarter of the year with a sharper focus and enhanced flexibility to deliver on our platform-first strategy.

“Our priorities are unchanged: to expand exclusive partnerships, strengthen AffiliationCloud and maintain disciplined capital allocation to drive sustainable, long-term value for partners, shareholders and employees.”
