Quantum COO Andrew Lee has announced he will depart the affiliate after 11 years of service.
Quantum rebranded from QiH Group in October. Lee has served as the business’ COO since April 2024.
He originally joined the company back in 2015 as head of product before a series of promotions.
Lee initially stepped up to head of operations, before becoming director of operations and then group operations director.
The outgoing COO was one of the original staffers at the business, which oversees the Tau Marketing Services, Offer Tonic, Wizard Interactive and Digital Adventures arms.
Quantum has a headcount of almost 70 staff and added former MVF duo Dimitris Papamichael as commercial director and Luke Watkin as marketing director in Q4.
Quantum ranked 15th in last year’s EGR Power Affiliates.
Speaking on his exit, Lee said: “After 11 years, today marks my final day at Quantum.
“It’s been a fantastic journey, challenging yet rewarding, and I would like to thank Jamie [Walters, CEO] for giving me the opportunity to play a part in what the business has become today.
“To all the brilliant colleagues, both past and present, and all the partners I have worked with over the years, thank you for your support.
“Best of luck to the current team; I really look forward to seeing Quantum continue its growth over the coming months and years.”
