Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 15 or more.
- Expertise in monetization models, including CPA, RevShare, RevShare+, and Hybrid.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate network.
- Lead and mentor a team of affiliate marketing managers and specialists.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum effectiveness.
- Identify and establish partnerships to expand the affiliate network.
- Collaborate with other departments to align and work on common goals.
