The licensed operators brought in a $1.23 billion gaming win with a 5.49% year-on-year growth when compared to $1.16 billion recorded in the same month last year.
Gaming revenue on the Las Vegas Strip alone was $679 million, up by 5.5% compared to $644 million recorded in the same month last year. The growth came despite decreased arrival of tourists, with numbers falling 6.7% to 3.17 million, according to the report of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
Nevada brought in $77 million in percentage fees this September, drawn from taxable revenues reported in August. That amount represents a year-on-year increase of 33.71%, meaning roughly $19.4 million more than the state collected in September 2024.
