This year’s Most Influential Women 2025 iGB campaign highlighted a few core trends which are helping propel these impressive winners forward. From independence to fierce drive, and a desire to hep build up others and inspire the next generation of talent.

Each of these women have stepped into roles with the intention of driving change in the sector and breaking down barriers to ensure others can follow in their footsteps.

It’s been a pleasure to carry out the campaign once again this year and next year iGB will launch its submissions process earlier in the year to ensure more time for the industry to submit nominations.

Here’s the final round up of iGB Most Influential Women 2025 winners:

Nadiya Attard

Chief Commercial Officer, Elantil

One of the true powers of diversity lies in the combination of lived experiences and cultures that can drive a company’s success. This is the belief of Nadiya Attard, who joined platform provider Elantil in September 2025 as chief commercial officer.

Nadiya says DEI goes beyond gender, and is also about culture and nationalities.

Attard previously spent over four years at Betfair, before working at both NetEnt and Relax Gaming. She feels companies can succeed in part because of their diversity, telling iGB: “For me, balance is important, but I don’t look at the gender split only because it’s also culture, nationalities.

“When you have people with different experiences, you create the best product and the best company. If a smart person combines it all, then you have the best performing teams.”

Attard is driven by constantly pushing the boundaries, advice she’d give to other women who would aspire to one day be named among the Most Influential Women by iGB, like herself. A focus on customer experience is also crucial.

“There’s competition everywhere,” she explains. “It’s competition as a supplier, it’s competition in the platforms, it’s competition all over the place. So, you really need to be much better than the competition and have a really good product. And personally, for me as well, it’s important that the customer will continue to receive good service.”

Europe is leading the way in gender equality

Attard was alerted to the male dominance of the gambling sector at an event in New York three years ago. “There was a lady next to me, also a high-level woman in the industry,” she recalls. “She’s like, ‘Nadiya, do you understand we are the only two women here?’. I looked around, and it was a top industry event and there were no women.

“I never thought about it until that time, because I was very fortunate in all the companies I worked for, we always aimed for a 50/50 gender split.” For Attard, the European gambling sector is leading the way in the fight for diversity and inclusion in the industry.

“In Europe, it’s actually in a very good spot in general, because a lot of companies started to look into it 10 years ago,” she says. “But the US, it’s a very interesting market. I don’t think it’s progressed much. It is getting better, but we’re still very, very far away from a 50/50 split.

Olha Yatsnya

Chief Marketing Officer, VeliTech

Olha Yatsnya’s journey to the C-suite in iGaming is a little different to most, taking in positions working in a heavy machinery factory, and on a pig farm. This diverse background has given her a solid grounding with a respect for teamwork that inspires everyone who works under her.

Olha is campaigning for women to take time away from their careers when they need to

Speaking about her Most Influential Women 2025 nomination, she recognises the part played by others: “It’s not about myself. So being selected is really flattering because of [the] recognition and more importantly, because I think that’s the reflection of the work of my team, because they are the ones who are pushing me every day.

“They are building, they are challenging, they are supporting me. And this selection says more about what we’ve built together than just about some personal achievement.”

Yatsnya’s work has seen her steer the VeliTech brand from startup to award-winning full-stack international behemoth in just two years, earning the respect of her staff, peers and the broader industry.

It’s not all work, work, work

But she’s not all work, work, work; she rails against the industry’s ‘always on’ culture, advocating for women to take a breath when they need to pause, saying: “Don’t be afraid to take a pause when you need it. Even in your life as a woman, like living on maternity or taking a mental health break, anything, don’t be afraid to do this because it doesn’t make you less professional, less ambitious or less efficient.

“But sometimes it makes you better. Take your pause. Take your time, think and then go on.” This approach isn’t just talk, either; her ethos is raising eyebrows in the industry as she develops a culture where female colleagues are valued and supported and can take maternity leave without fear. It’s clear on speaking to her that inclusion is reality, and VeliTech is walking the walk as a result.

“We’re supporting women [in] leadership, and we have even inside the company among our five brands… two female chief executive officers and one product head, so in five products we have three women leaders,” she adds.

“I’m trying also to support all the girls inside the company. Whenever somebody is afraid to leave on maternity leave, I’m really encouraging that [they’re] not missing anything. I’m showing with my own example that you can do it and you’re not afraid.”

As a working mother, Yatsnya also recognises that the value of campaigns like Most Influential Women stretch far beyond the borders of ICE and the respect of her peers. “For me, it’s also about being an inspiration for my daughter. I really want her to grow in a community where she doesn’t need to choose between career and family.”

Oksana Tsyhankova

Chief Commercial Officer, Soft2Bet

One of the best ways to know whether you’ve left an imprint on a team or a company is for a project you led to be globally recognised across the industry. Oksana Tsyhankova played a pivotal role in producing Soft2Bet’s Motivational Engineering Gaming Application aka MEGA product, which it describes as a gamification engine designed to drive engagement and retention through personalised experiences across multiple jurisdictions.

Oksana has helped put the company in a position to be recognised for its significant achievements

As part of the product launch, she led multiple workshops to help Soft2Bet’s customers get the best out of their products Tsyhankova has worked with Soft2Bet for over seven years, having spent time in various C-suite roles, including chief commercial officer, chief marketing officer and most recently chief commercial officer.

She has helped the supplier position itself as a global leader by helping to launch new brands including Betinia, Campobet and TooniBet across the EU and North America. She has guided campaigns that earned the group an impressive number of industry award nominations.

Contributing to educational initiatives

Her leadership also contributed to Soft2Bet receiving the B2B Excellence Award at the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards 2025, underscoring the company’s reputation for data-driven innovation and a strong team culture. Tsyhankova is described by her peers as having “set a new standard for the iGaming industry by combining product storytelling with measurable results”.

“She’s made a huge impact during the company’s nine years of operation,” they add. “And as a result, the company has been recognised as a leader in entertainment and gamification. She has been a key contributor of gamification educational initiatives that meet the key demands of the market and its developments.”
