Five cities host new Merkur event

After many years of focusing on the spectacular industry summit and the subsequent autumn trade fairs, adp Merkur has now successfully entered new event territory with the Merkur Xperience.

From the end of August to the beginning of October, the company made a big show under the motto Gigantic. New. in five German cities to exchange ideas with its customers in a relaxed atmosphere and to present the latest product developments from Merkur.

“The industry summit and the autumn trade fairs have been an important part of our event calendar for years and a real event highlight among our customers,” explains Dominik Raasch, CEO of Merkur Games. “Nevertheless – or perhaps because of this – we wanted to provide fresh impetus this year, create variety and ignite an even closer connection to the Merkur brand. And that’s exactly what we have succeeded in doing with the new, customer-oriented event format.”

The lively personal exchange between customers and the Merkur team was a familiar success thanks to attractive product innovations. Of particular interest was the new M-Box Giga, which generated a great response among the more than 2,000 customers present, especially because of its 39-inch monitors, its powerful Orbex technology and its diverse mix of games. In addition to the latest M-Box variation, it was the V25 New Games game package generation with its hit games “Lucky Pharaoh Sunny Spins” and “Fruitinator of Horus” that aroused curiosity and enthusiasm. Specialist presentations on the latest product developments and service offerings for the arcade and gastronomy rounded off the product shows in Mainz, Bremen, Berlin, Metzingen and Duisburg.

adp Merkur had a special highlight in store for its customers in the evening: the draw for the Merkur mission. Those who collected stamps in the various areas of the event locations during the course of the event had the chance to win attractive prizes – including an M-Box Giga, participation in the Merkur Service customer event in Mallorca or a meet and greet with Lukas Podolski. Whether with or without a profit: Customers let Merkur Xperience come to a relaxed end during happy hour, accompanied by pulsating DJ sounds and refreshing snacks and drinks.

The latest member of the M-Box family became the customer favourite of the product show: the M-Box Giga.
