Our Workplace Experience Team is now looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our high performing team. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team with the aim to provide the greatest employee experience. The role is global and you’ll work with tasks impacting everyone at LeoVegas Group. This role requires you to be fluent in English & Spanish, and will be an office based role for 20 hours per week. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they visit the office, ensuring the reception and office area is tidy and presentable, booking transport and accommodation for employees, customers, suppliers, and guests, receiving packages, deliveries, and letters, logging any company registered post, sending any registered company mail and parcels, managing and keeping track of office supplies, helping with setting up onboarding packages, ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date, taking care of office-related insurances, and supporting in budget sending invoices for finance approval by your lead. The successful candidate will be a friendly, approachable, and highly organized person with a passion for people and workplace culture, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset, and have the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
