Team Manager

EveryMatrix is looking for a Team Manager in Batumi, Georgia. As a Team Manager, you will coach team members to achieve goals and develop necessary skills that get results. You will identify team strengths and weaknesses and delegate tasks to the appropriate person. Setting clear team goals and evaluating progress to measure success will be part of your responsibilities. You will also prevent and resolve conflicts within the team, organize team initiatives and meetings, and ensure clear communication and accessibility of documents. Additionally, you will supervise and evaluate the performance of Game Presenters and Shufflers, distribute information and instructions to teams regarding any changes or updates, manage Game Presenter and shuffler teams, and assist Service Managers in adjusting table rotation and leading pre-shift meetings.

Minimum of 8 months of experience in team management. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Experience in the industry and relevant professional certifications preferred. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Turkish is considered an advantage.
