We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: Coordinate tea operations within the restaurant and the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, using professional knowledge to select high‑quality tea products for hotel operations and sales Introduce teas from different regions and their characteristics to guests, build good customer relationships, and recommend suitable food‑and‑tea pairings and promotions Inspect the quality of premium teas and related products upon delivery Develop and conduct tea art and tea‑tasting training programs within the department Job Requirements: 1-year previous Tea Sommelier working within in a 5-star or luxury hotel property University graduate or above, advanced Chinese tea sommelier certified or related certifications are preferred Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, conversational English Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) IT TAKES GREAT PEOPLE TO MAKE GREAT MOMENTS We are thrilled you are interested in joining the Golden Lion Team.
