Tailor

The Tailor is responsible for producing, altering, and finishing clothing products in line with technical specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures, ensuring efficient use of materials, proper machine operation, and timely delivery of high-quality garments. Responsibilities include checking the use and preparation for the execution of tasks, having thorough knowledge of the operation or work to be performed, verifying the work area for all necessary objects, informing service staff of any lack of technical-material means and deficiencies in equipment functioning, supervising the good operation of machines, signaling personnel in case of production process deficiencies, placing tools and devices in cabinets or handing them over to the warehouse, cleaning and maintaining machines and work surfaces, observing internal norms and standards for clothing production, analyzing quality norms and characteristics of products, and executing raw material processing operations to transform them into finished clothing products. Interaction with company employees is also essential for making necessary changes and handling uniforms, including ironing when needed.

At least a high school diploma; Tailoring skills; Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various audiences; Multitasking; Excellent time management and organizational ability; Ability to work independently and in a team; Flexibility and adaptability.
