Adjust and alter uniforms according to individual measurements, including taking in or letting out garmentsAdjust length of dresses, skirts, trousers, sleeves, and jacketsModify waistlines, shoulders, cuffs, and hemsPerform tailoring repairs, including seams, zippers, buttons, hooks, and fasteningsRepair minor fabric damage caused by wear and tearEnsure alterations meet company quality and appearance standardsWork with various uniform types, including dresses, trousers, shirts, blazers, and vestsFollow approved design guidelines and avoid unauthorised modificationsMaintain a clean and organised tailoring workspaceHandle, label, and track uniforms during the alteration processCommunicate with the Uniforms team regarding timelines and garment issuesSupport sustainability by extending garment usability
