We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: Manage, schedule, and lead the Stage Management Department in day to day operations, during resident show creation/integration periods, trainings, rehearsals, resident shows, special events, rentals, and all other normal operations Establish a comprehensive program of contingency or emergency response in case of equipment failure or accident during any resident show(s) performance, special event, or scheduled programming of the Theatre. This should be well documented and communicated to all relevant departments and staff Create and maintain robust programs of inventory control, and archiving for all equipment and assets within the Stage Management Department. Develop lifespan projections for all Stage Management elements and equipment. Maintain equipment upgrades when possible Job Requirements: At least 8 years' experience in Stage Management for large scale theatrical productions At least 5 years' experience as a Production Stage Manager or General Stage Manager. At least 5 years of show calling experience; including shows with performer flying and a variety of automation cues Demonstrated experience working in a leadership role IT TAKES GREAT PEOPLE TO MAKE GREAT MOMENTS We are thrilled you are interested in joining the Golden Lion Team.
