What You'll Do Collaborate with the SIT Manager and Project team to adhere to testing processes and generate test artefacts aligned with SIT guidelines. Assess product structure and market requirements to formulate integrity test plans that ensure player and operator needs are met. Take charge of your learning path to grasp regulatory requirements and develop compliance test plans that guarantee alignment with regulations. Develop integration test plans to guarantee smooth incorporation of new game mechanics with supporting technology, including platforms, hardware/firmware, code libraries, and external systems. Independently complete integrity, compliance, and integration test plans. Provide comprehensive test traceability from requirements to execution and results. Demonstrate logical reasoning when reporting issues to the development team. Apply appropriate testing tools and techniques, optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards. Mentor and train other testers, ensuring their growth and the integrity of their work. Support SIT Management and the Wonder Hits SIT team through effective communication and knowledge sharing. What We're Looking For B.E., B. Tech, MCA, or similar. 4-6 years of relevant experience in software testing, including product testing. Proficiency in writing basic Python and VB scripts. Preferred experience in the land-based gaming industry or a related field. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, C++, C#, Unity, and automation tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and interpretation of gaming regulations. Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and support as required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Great teammate with excellent people engagement skills. Self-motivated with a mature approach, assuming responsibility and accountability for your work and that of others. Creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems. Why Aristocrat?
