We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Responsibilities Assist the Spa Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations and maintenance of the Spa Division at MGM Maximize spa productivity at the same time to fulfill Forbes 5-star service standards and expectation from hotel guests Support the Spa operation, including adherence of cleanliness as well as hygiene standards and ensure the functionality and maintenance of all equipment in the spa areas Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Receptionists and Spa Attendants, ensuring the Forbes standards and the highest level of service is provided to Spa guests, members and customers Assist on keeping the accurate inventory of Spa products, linens, supplies, etc Requirements: 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office, Zenoti, SpaSoft and/or CSS, SpaBooker, HotSOS knowledge desirable Bachelor’s Degree or above Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays IT TAKES GREAT PEOPLE TO MAKE GREAT MOMENTS We are thrilled you are interested in joining the Golden Lion Team.
