As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of our Technology function. If you're passionate about identifying top technical talent and driving impactful recruitment strategies, this is a great opportunity to make your mark. You will be instrumental in supporting hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will make key contributions that help to shape our end-to-end approach to recruitment, leverage data for insightful decisions and implement creative approaches to attract the best candidates. 5+ years technical recruitment experience, ideally from a technology first Business. Ability to work across a broad spectrum of talent attraction and sourcing methodologies. Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders and influencing hiring processes. Delivery focused mind-set with the ability to manage the full recruitment process with candidates and hiring teams. Skilled in using data and insights to inform decision making.
