Senior Product Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Product Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that product development aligns with business goals and customer needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other teams to analyse market trends, gather requirements, and optimise product strategies. Key Responsibilities include generating innovative and engaging concepts for a new back office that align with business goals, preparing detailed specifications outlining the requirements and functionalities necessary to develop the proposed back office, and collaborating with cross-functional teams—especially the Game Design and Big Data team—to align priorities, validate data requirements, and ensure proper data integration across the Back Office ecosystem. You will also analyse the performance of newly launched back office tracking key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and user feedback, and collaborate with the Big Data team to understand data structures, validate metrics, and support reporting needs. Use SQL to conduct data validation, ad-hoc analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and meaningful insights.

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related role; iGaming experience is a plus. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics). Solid experience with SQL and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello). Deep understanding of back office development processes, including concept ideation, specification creation, user story mapping, and performance analysis. Proficiency in both verbal and written Chinese (Preferred).
