REQ12510 Senior Officer, Public Relations (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: Senior Officer, Public Relations is responsible for providing supports to the Public Relations department in execution to ensure the smooth running of departmental daily operation including external and internal communications. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaigns Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events to enhance brand awareness, desirability, and media exposure. Assist in developing and implementing tactical PR programs to maximize media coverage for Melco properties. Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions that align with overall PR strategies. Prepare press releases, media kits, and related communication materials. Coordinate logistics and arrangements to ensure a seamless media experience Media Relations & Daily Operations Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key media contacts to ensure positive publicity. Handle media enquiries, provide timely responses, and conduct basic media evaluation and reporting. Coordinate with internal departments on scheduling, on-site logistics, and support during media visits or shoots. Manage administrative duties and prepare regular PR reports. Undertake additional projects or tasks as assigned by the manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience 3 years or above of relevant experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications. Knowledge of media landscape and event coordination preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field Skills / Competencies Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong communication and writing skills in both English and simplified or traditional Chinese Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing Highly motivated, creative, with a positive and professional attitude Flexible on work schedule Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (“Melco”) is a developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia.
