Senior Instructional Designer

The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for leading the design, development and continuous improvement of learning solutions that support organisational capability needs. The role analyses learning requirements, develops evidence based learning programmes and ensures alignment with business objectives. It works closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver scalable and accurate learning interventions. The Senior Instructional Designer also provides guidance to the learning team, ensuring the consistent application of instructional design standards, best practice methodologies and learning technologies.
