REQ13954 Senior Executive, Retail Marketing (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the Retail Development team in all marketing and retail matters. Assist the Senior Manager and the team to discharge all duties and responsibilities relating to the back end support of the mall marketing activities and administration services. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all matters related to retail marketing and retail development Coordinate retailer requirements with our internal and external operations and marketing teams Arrange and execute events, GWP, Sales Events and promotions and partnerships etc. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and revenue for the shopping mall at Studio City and City of Dreams Prepare forecast for promotions and events and setup KPIs Prepare regular market and competitors analysis Review and perform data-analysis on promotions and/or incentive schemes for the shopping malls Present key sales & analysis findings to management with actionable recommendations for business development Work closely with retailers to implement initiatives Plan, review, and enforce the SOP for all initiatives Ensure all stakeholders are informed about promotions and initiatives Develop marketing communication strategies with Marketing teams for the Malls exposures and promotions Develop, Maintain, and Activate the Mall VICs (data collected from GWP) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Passionate about Retail and Shopping Creative, Independent, Proactive, Self-motivated, and with strong business sense Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, presentation and coordination skills Provide a high standard of support to the Retail Development team Liaise effectively with other departments on behalf of the team to convey and/or source required information Strong knowledge in tenancy and facilities management with shopping mall experience is advantageous QUALIFICATIONS: Experience At least 2-3 years’ experience in event marketing, promotion campaigns, sales, or brand promotion Experience in mall or retail environment is a plus Education Degree Holder in Real Estate, Business, or related discipline. Other candidates with relevant experience will be considered Skills / Competencies Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English Strong proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other MS Office apps Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or AutoCAD will be an advantage Always dress and talk in a professional manner Maintain a very high standard of personal presentation at all times Strong team player Organized and efficient Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (“Melco”) is a developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia.
