Senior Engineering Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Cloud Infrastructure to lead and inspire our world-class infrastructure team. You will be responsible for the heartbeat of our company: the production systems that keep our services running 24/7. Leading a distributed team of 10+ highly skilled engineers you will balance technical oversight with strategic leadership. You will be responsible for team leadership, mentoring and managing a high-performing, cross-border team, fostering a culture of excellence, high availability, and continuous learning. You will take ownership of our 24/7 production environment, ensuring our Cloud, Kubernetes, Database, and Network layers are resilient and performant. You will define the technical vision and develop long-term roadmaps for our infrastructure to ensure it scales with the business. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee procurement, and keep a sharp eye on budget management and IT infrastructure costs. You will lead complex infrastructure projects from initial concept to successful implementation, ensuring they hit milestones on time and on budget.

You have a proven track record of managing technical teams. You know how to lead 'up' to stakeholders and 'down' to engineers with clarity and empathy. While this is a leadership role, you should be comfortable in architectural discussions involving Cloud providers, K8s, networking, and database scaling. You understand the weight of 24/7 production systems and have experience building the processes (Incident/Change management) that protect them. You can translate business needs into technical roadmaps and manage the budgets/vendors required to get there. You can explain complex infrastructure challenges to non-technical stakeholders and keep a distributed team aligned across different regions.
