As Senior Business Controller you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of your function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Working closely with leadership, you will gather and analyse data to improve efficiency, profitability, and accuracy of both financial and non-financial data as prepared by local business controllers. In this business partnering role liaising with various key players is crucial to enable you to support strategic decision making through the right dashboards and reports.Your Responsibilities:-Preparation of Financial Budgets and Forecasts together with Function Managers and Local business controllers. Consolidation and Analyses of Data, as well as preparation of relative presentations and models for data collection.Monthly Results reviewing and analyses of financial and non financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction and improving of overall accuracy of financial results.Monitoring of key financial metrics and delivering ad hoc reports that will help drive informed business decisionsBusiness Partnering with local teams, promoting financial discipline as well as understandingLead and coordinate process reviews and improvements for standardisation and best practiseCoaching and supporting report users and direct reports

Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance or AccountingEnglish language proficiency both written and spokenYour work experienceAt least 5 years full time experience in a finance, audit or accounting roleExperience with communication, liaising and presentation across multiple levels and functions within the organisationExperience with constructing Finance models, particularly with Excel Queries or Power BIYour personalityA self starter and proactive person, able to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionGreat communication skills and comfortable presenting to a diverse audience, as well as challenging figures and ideas Proven experience working with multinational teams in more than one geographical locationThe duties and responsibilities described in this job description are not a comprehensive list and as such additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; The scope of the job may also be subject to change as necessitated by business demand.
