Senior Accredited Trainer

The Senior Accredited Trainer will be responsible for facilitating, assessing and implementing SAQA-aligned and other programmes in a learner-centred, compliant and quality-driven way. Also accountable for timely assessments, content development, lesson planning, reporting and continuous improvement on programmes delivered and assessed. In addition, responsible for supervising and mentoring Accredited Trainers, monitoring the quality and consistency of their performance, identifying and addressing gaps, escalating concerns to the Accredited Training Manager and collaborating on projects and initiatives related to the accredited training team.
