You will...Participate in release management flow: applications setup, update, configuration changesHandle production problems and incidentsProcess internal and external customers' requests and issuesHandle production system monitoring (alerting, dashboards)Ensure services SLO meets targetParticipate in 24×7 shift on-call rotation for critical production issues handling

Components for success.
