Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of successful product initiatives. This includes understanding and prioritizing product and customer needs, defining product goals, and working closely with engineering, product owners, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to market. The Product Manager monitors product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include informing, shaping, and driving execution of specific Core product initiatives, establishing and maintaining domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors, assessing product opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders, collaborating with various functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches, identifying and executing post-launch optimizations, and tracking product performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a product manager, a proven track record of delivering successful products, strong quantitative skills, and exceptional communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required, Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products, Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality, A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables, Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority, Strong quantitative skills, Excellent critical thinking skills, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
