Product Designer

FanDuel is looking for a Product Designer to join our Casino UX&D team. In this role, you’ll help shape end-to-end product experiences by partnering closely with product, engineering, research, and data to design intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing experiences. You’ll work across discovery, concepting, and execution—solving complex interaction problems, experimenting with AI-enabled design workflows, and rapidly iterating based on user insights and performance data. This role is ideal for a designer operating at a senior level of impact who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will focus on the following: Design Excellence, applying modern UI patterns, responsive design techniques, and component-driven practices across Web, iOS and Android platforms. Deliver visually polished, user-centered designs with a high bar for craft, quality and consistency. Demonstrate strong graphic design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, iconography, and illustration with pixel-perfect, high-fidelity execution and exceptional attention to detail. Design within established brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards. Actively use AI as part of your design process, from ideation through delivery, to work efficiently and more creatively. Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for cross-platform experiences. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and UX researchers through discovery and delivery. Refine designs using data, feedback, usability insights, and experimentation results. Promote user-centered and responsible gaming design best practices. Bring experience and perspective from the gaming industry, entertainment, or similar digital products. Create purposeful animations and micro-interactions that enhance clarity, responsiveness, and delight.

3-5 years in product design or a related role; Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools; familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects) is a plus; Experience designing for iOS platforms and responsive web experiences; Strong foundation in layout, typography, and color theory; Experience conducting usability studies and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data; Excellent storytelling, collaboration, and communication skills; Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
