Platform Innovation Team Leader

Platform Innovation is a newly formed technology department at the forefront of innovation and research, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technological advancements. We are creating a dynamic and diverse team that drives our mission of creating groundbreaking advances in our field. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a highly motivated and visionary team leader to join our department. You will be responsible for spearheading research and development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our objectives. Degree level education or relevant industry experience. Demonstrable commercial experience in a leadership role within a delivery focused department or team. Genuine interest in emerging technologies, industry trends and market dynamics. Demonstrable experience in driving projects from conception to execution, with a track record of successful outcomes. Excellent leadership and organizational management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Critical thinking with a strategic mindset. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
