As Media Team Lead , you will play a central role in driving performance and scaling media operations through strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-led decision-making. You will lead and develop a team of Media Buyers, strengthen key partner relationships, and identify new opportunities to maximize growth across top media sources. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Media Buyers in a fast-paced environment Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media channels and partners Analyzing performance data to uncover optimization and growth opportunities Driving the team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly spend and revenue targets Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and overall performance This role is based on-site in Malta . Relocation support and visa assistance may be available for suitable international candidates.
