Marketing Manager

LeoVegas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution within the dynamic Canadian market. This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of strategic campaign planning, hands-on channel guidance, brand stewardship, and strong compliance focus. You will be instrumental in driving both customer acquisition and retention, reporting directly on performance, and ensuring LeoVegas maintains its position as a leading operator in the region. You will be responsible for campaign planning, taking the lead on planning and execution of marketing campaigns, managing agency and third-party coordination, and ensuring alignment of brand and marketing/campaign creatives. Additionally, you will conduct competitor analysis, aid single-channel marketing experts, and support the CRM team with retention marketing strategies. Compliance is key, as you will ensure that LeoVegas remains compliant with marketing legislation in Canada and keep up to date with regulatory changes. Proactive analysis of marketing campaigns and maintaining communication with the Country Manager on current performance will also be part of your responsibilities.

Experience more useful than qualifications (ideally degree educated), strong background in CRM and onsite content, experience managing CRM directly or working with central teams at a country level, product experience in casino and sportsbook, channel level experience or previous country-level experience across core performance marketing channels and brands, strong project management experience.
