The challenge includes knowledge of TIG welding of aluminum, understanding of technical drawings, and collaboration with colleagues while maintaining mutual respect and team spirit. You will be responsible for your work and meeting deadlines, taking responsibility for tools and equipment, and adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
