Live Dealer - Swing Shift (3PM -11PM) - Bensalem PA

Join our team as a Live Dealer on the Swing Shift (3PM - 11PM) in Bensalem, PA. Present games in a live streaming environment while adhering to multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services Delaware regulations. You will learn and execute the rules of video stream games, conduct live games according to a given table schedule, and follow the instructions of Pit-bosses and Trainers. Your role will involve supervising updates in game leading procedures, professionally communicating with players, and reporting any unusual activities to the Pit boss. You will also attend educational events for professional skills improvement and participate in company promotions as required. Maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with management and peers is essential. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

High School Diploma / GED, must be 21 years of age or older, at least 1 year of Customer Service Experience, basic computer skills (MS Office, email), excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a professional demeanor, ability to deal with potential guest conflicts, ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards, ability to work a variety of shifts, punctuality and attention to detail, must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
