We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially oriented Lawyer with strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal writing. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and comfortable working 100% in an English-speaking environment, collaborating cross-functionally with legal, commercial, and sales teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:SaaS and software licensing agreementsMaster Service Agreements (MSAs) and supplier contractsNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) / Confidentiality AgreementsData Processing Agreements (DPAs)Redline and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk tolerancePrepare agreements using standard templates (e.g., Terms and Conditions, Purchase Orders, amendments and reseller agreements)Review and ensure compliance of contractual terms with internal policies and legal standardsManage amendments and extensions of existing agreementsProvide legal and commercial advice on transactions and business initiativesAdvise on intellectual property protection and data privacy mattersCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, and management teams)Advice on legal risksHandle ad-hoc legal tasks and projects as required

1–3 years of experience as a corporate or commercial lawyerStrong experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and redliningLaw degree (LL.B. or equivalent); Master’s degree is a plusSolid knowledge of corporate and commercial law; exposure to tax, or data protection/privacy is an advantageExcellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plusProven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutionsKey CompetenciesCommercial mindset with a pragmatic approach to legal issuesHigh attention to detail and precision in legal writingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
